Refund policy
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return request is approved, we will provide instructions on how and where to send the item.
Please note that items sent back without prior return authorization will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return and inform you whether the refund is approved or not.
If approved, the refund will be processed to the original payment method within 10 business days after approval. Please note that processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

We offer a 14-day right of exchange or refund on our products. You may request a return within 14 days from the date you receive the product.
Returned items must meet our return conditions to be eligible for a refund. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
All products purchased from iSmart are covered by a 12-month warranty against manufacturer defects.
Damage caused by improper use, incorrect care, or physical damage is the responsibility of the user and is not covered under warranty.

All returns must be authorised by us in advance. We reserve the right to refuse any unauthorised returns.
For all exchanges or refunds within 14 days, the goods must be returned in their original packaging unless specifically advised, and they must be complete with all parts and accessories, in a resalable and brand new condition. We reserve the right to reject any returned items which do not meet these requirements.
It is the buyer’s responsibility to ensure that returned items, including faulty goods, are adequately packaged to prevent damage during return transit.
Non-faulty product return must included all original accessories and have a good re-sale conditions otherwise it will be subject to a minimum 20% to 40% restocking fee.
Unless goods are returned due to being faulty, incorrect, or damaged on arrival, return shipping costs are the buyer’s responsibility.
All returned parcels must be sent via registered track and trace post, as we are not responsible for items lost or damaged in return transit.
For all standard, non-customised orders, cancellations may be made free of charge prior to shipping.
Acceptance of delivery confirms that the order has been received in good condition.
